Mike has been involved in multiple facets of the real estate industry for 30 years going back to college where he studied Finance with a Real Estate Emphasis at Cal State Fullerton. Early in his career Mike worked in the Wholesale Mortgage Industry managing accounts across the US, while living in San Diego and Northern California. In 2007 Mike and his family moved to Scottsdale AZ whereas a licensed Realtor helped to start and grow a Short Sale Investment company. This is where the years of credit & mortgage experience came into play where he worked with over 400 clients in their homes 1 on 1 to educate them on their best options of avoiding foreclosure. In 2011 Mike transitioned into a more traditional real estate role working with buyers and sellers with a focus on working with investors in the buy & hold as well as the fix & flip markets. In 2016 Mike and his daughter Taylar moved back home to San Diego to continue his focus on working with investors to develop buy & hold strategies and grow a full-service Property Management business.
